Mix chicken filling ingredients all together and refrigerate until ready to use.
Heat oven to 400F.
Combine water and butter in sauce pan and bring to a rolling boil. Mix in flour, stirring vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball, about 1 minute; remove from heat. Stir in eggs, one at a time; continue beating until smooth. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto un-greased cookie sheet. Bake 35-40 minutes or until puffed and golden. Cool on wire rack. Slit top, pull out soft dough and fill with chicken filling.
