PHEASANT BREAD

COOK MODE

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 teas instant yeast
  • 2 teas salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 cups flour

Liquid

  • 2 cup warm water

Instructions

Dry Ingredients mix together

    Liquid

    • Add water and mix well with spoon.
      Let rise till double.
      Punch down. Divide dough in 2 parts. Form into ball and place each ball in buttered oven proof bowl.
      Let rise for 30 min.
      Bake at 350F for 30-35 min.
      Enjoy!

    Notes

    Another yummy recipe from my friend Deena. She follows recipe as written.  I would have a tendency to mix water, yeast and sugar together and let yeast start to brew a little!  🧐😉
