STUFFED MUSHROOMS

Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 2 ½ Tbs. parsley
  • ½ lb. ground sausage
  • 3 Tbs. minced onion
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • ½ tsp. seasoning salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbs. parmesan cheese
  • ½ C mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbs. italian bread crumbs
  • 1 egg yolk beaten

Instructions

  • Wash and de-stem mushrooms. Set aside. Brown sausage, stirring and breaking apart as it cooks. Drain fat. Add onion, garlic, seasoning salt and pepper to sausage and let heat through for onion to soften. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Stuff sausage mixture into mushrooms. Place in greased baking dish and bake @ 375F for 15-20 minutes.
