HOT ARTICHOKE DIP
COOK MODEIngredients
- 1 14oz can artichokes, drained & coarsely chopped
- 1 C shredded Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. Cream cheese softened
- ½ C mayo
- ½ tsp. dill
- ½ tsp. garlic
Instructions
- Combine all together and mix well. Bake @ 400F for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn on broiler for last few minutes so top is browned and bubbly. Serve with bread or crackers.
Notes
I like this dip better than the spiach artichoke dip recipe; but it’s basically the same, so you could add a little chopped spinach to this if desired.
