CRANBERRY COFFEE CAKE
COOK MODEIngredients
Step 1
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
Step 2
- 2 eggs
Dry Ingredients
- 1 teas baking soda
- 1 teas baking powder
- 1/2 teas salt
- 2 cups flour
Add on
- 1 cup sour cream
Final Step
- 1 16oz whole cranberry sauce
- 1 teas Almond Extract
- 1/2 cup pecans— chopped (optional)
Glaze
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 5 teas warm water
- 1/2 teas Almond Extract
Instructions
Step 1
- Cream butter and sugar. Mix well.
Step 2
- Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well.
Dry Ingredients
- Mix together.
Add on
- Add dry ingredients and sour cream to the butter mixture. Alternating flour and sour cream. Mix well.
Final Step
- Spoon 1/3 of batter into greased 9×13 pan. Then dot with 1/3 can cranberries. Repeat.Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake @ 350F for 45 mins or till done.
Glaze
- Mix together and spread on warm coffee cake.Enjoy!
