LEMON PUPPY CHOW

Ingredients

  • 9 cups Rice Chex Cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Melt chocolate chips, butter, zest and juice until smooth.
    Pour over Chex cereal in large bowl.
    Mix powdered sugar and salt in a bag. Add cereal and shake until coated.
    Spread on parchment or wax paper to cool.
