LEMON PUPPY CHOW

- 9 cups Rice Chex Cereal
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 4 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips, butter, zest and juice until smooth.Pour over Chex cereal in large bowl.Mix powdered sugar and salt in a bag. Add cereal and shake until coated.Spread on parchment or wax paper to cool.ENJOY!
