Combine sauce ingredients in pan. Cook on stove until well blended & sugar dissolves.

Wrap bacon around chestnuts and secure with toothpick. Place in a 9x13 pan with sauce. Marinade 3-4 hours covered and refrigerated. Remove from 9x13, place on cookie sheet; broil until bacon sizzles and turn on side to cook bottom.
